The Enraged Jackass Inn

A small inn located in the town of Shandale. This is currently the "home" of Umbra and Ximm as they have set up long-term residence in the upstairs loft. One of the big perks for the duo is it's downstairs bar run by the inn owner Jarvis Pendleton - an easy going man who is very good at keeping secrets.

The inn was given it's unique name by Jarvis's father Gelsh Pendleton. While building the inn, a mule used to haul materials was so unruly he sold it the moment the building was finished. Feeling a bit guilty afterwards (it was a hard working animal afterall) he named the inn after their four legged friend.

Stonewell's Potions & Curiosities

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, there is a good chance Stonewell's will have what you're looking for.

This small, unassuming shop contains bizarre creations from all over the globe. Things like 'Healing Thread' which magically closes wounds and tears or 'Spider's Bane' which gives the one who consumes it spider like abilities.

The shop is owned and operated by Gavas Stonewell with the help of his son, Nicodemus.

Kiyoko's Tree House

Deep in the swamps sits an unassuming tree house. This simple abode is the dwelling of a vampire named Kiyoko. While not the extravagant castle she was once accustomed to, it's a cozy little structure that she's made into a home.

Given it's precarious perch in the top of a tree, the only ways to access it are if you're a being that can fly / leap very high or by climbing a board and rope ladder she added to the front.

The Airship Dockyard

The invention of the airship made long distance traveling a much more manageable experience for many travelers who could afford the fares. Fortunately for the town of Maybend who invented them, they were able to maintain an exclusivity to the technology and are now the only major airship hub in the known world.

The dockyard is also home to the one and only airship that travels to the distant Palace of Vita. But don't get any ideas about taking a sight seeing trip. If you're not a maiden or don't have permission from the prince himself, you're going to find your trip, and your life, cut short by the royal guard.

The Palace of Vita

Located far south in the desolate Desert of Alazaa, this palace is home to the Maidens of Vita and their leader, Prince Vishari. Also located deep within it's walls are some of the most skilled gem craftsmen in the world. Their specialty is forging Ipsea stones with which the maidens perform their work.

The palace is only accessable via one airship route and without proper credentials travelers won't make it beyond the docks. The possibility that any thieves or invaders could make it to the stone chamber is near zero thanks to it's confusing layout and hundreds of well trained guards.

The Onidex

One of the largest and oldest repositories of ancient magic and knowledge, within it's walls lies centuries of wisdom. It's special collections department is of particular interest to many. However, due to the potentially destructive nature of much of it's content, access is highly restricted.

Well, unless you have a "special key"...
